Fire and Security Management.

Fire Safety Legislation places the responsibility for fire safety on the occupier or owner of a premises, which is used as a company workplace. Pending companies are required by law to have a comprehensive Fire Risk Assesment carried out by an Authorised Fire Safety firm.

The main objective of a Fire Risk Assesment is to remove fire hazards and reduce any hidden risksat hand.

Assessment

One of the sub areas covered by the ECA. SMART is certified by the ECA for electrical security systems including: fire alarms, access control, CCTV and nurse call systems.

Smart Consultants will carry out a thorough assessment of all fire hazards, the people at risk and the requirements regarding the Fire Safety Legislation. Depending on the system requirements Smart will recommend the best suited and most cost effective system with regards to using Analogue Adrressable fire systems or Conventional/Standard fire systems.

Our in-house FSA trained design team will use the salesrmation gathered and custom design a Fire & Security Management System to meet the client's specific requirements. With their knowledge and expertise they use the latest software available to present our clients with schematic drawings of Live 1, Live 2 and Live 3 protection systems as well as Property protection systems.
